It is thanks to the potential and energy of our people, openness to innovation and new challenges that we are able to develop further. We do not rest on our laurels and increase the number of our staff. We recruit finance and IT experts, scientific minds, but also artists and humanities graduates. We plan to employ even more people – while maintaining current dynamics, we aim at doubling the figures. What is interesting, not all of our employees need to speak Polish, and this is why a lot of foreigners decide to join our teams – says Dariusz Sus, head of EY GDS Poland. – Currently, we are looking for IT Project Managers in transaction advisory, who specialise in IT support for EY global clients, alongside Java developers, who will implement our Guidewire tool designed for business advisory – he adds.
