- Italy – 355 individuals
- Spain – 364 individuals
- Sweden – 120 individuals
- Finland – 22 individuals
- Estonia – 94 individuals
Other affected countries include Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Portugal, Switzerland, and others.

According to Outi Korhonen, a professor of international law at the University of Turku, most individuals facing deportation are likely to have issues related to expired residence permits, visa violations, or lack of legal status.
Common violations that could lead to deportation include:

- Studying while on a tourist visa
1.4 Million People Expected to Be Deported, Majority from Latin America
The deportation plan is expected to impact about 1.4 million people, with the majority coming from Latin American countries. However, a significant number of EU nationals are also at risk under these new policies.
