Amidst the turbulences of Brexit and worldwide crises, Poland keeps its firm position as one of the best countries to invest in. U.S. News have prepared a ranking of states from all over the world to point out those places, where American business should thrive and bring mutual benefits. For expats in Poland this means more international employers and more potential vacancies.
Uncertainties related to Brexit may scare non-European investors off, but this rule does not apply to Poland. According to U.S. News and their ranking, for Americans Poland is the third best country in the world to invest their capital in. What makes it a safe haven for US businesses?
The World Bank's forecasts, the basis for the U.S. News analysis, showcase Poland as a strong economy despite Brexit turbulences and the European refugee crisis. Another reason for Poland's high position on the U.S. News' list could be the close relation between the Polish and German trade market. Finally, there is the support on the Polish side for international businesses coming to the country. The government of Poland is eager to boost the economy by providing incentives for foreign investors, especially those within the aerospace, electronics and renewable energy industries, U.S. News says.
To be placed in the ranking, all the countries had to meet certain criteria. It examined the four major factors: people, environment, relationships, and framework for business. Apparently, Poland scored excellent in all these categories, and its impressive positions proves that.
