Packaging salmon fish job in Poland
Duties
- Fish processing: post-machine processing of fillets, trimming of bellies and fins;
- Laying out products on the line;
- Packaging of finished products, compliance with quality standards in accordance with factory regulations;
- Marking, stacking on pallets;
Design
- Official registration by Umowa zlecenia. This contract provides for a more flexible work schedule and guarantees health and social insurance ZUS, which is paid for by your employer. It is also possible to issue a residence permit and voivodeship invitation.
- Employees undergo a medical examination and occupational health and safety training (free of charge).
- There is an opportunity to apply for a beat card or make a voivodeship invitation.
Conditions
- Rate:
17.5 - 20.5 zlotys/hour for hands/ older than 26 years;
18.5 - 21.5 zlotys per hour per hour / up to 26 years old.
Conscientious employees receive 4,000-5,400 zlotys per month; - Working hours:
Mon - Fri (10 hours), Sat 8-10 hours, Sun - closed,
two shifts:
Shift 1: 05:00 - 15:00;
Shift 2: 15:00 — 01:00; - Work indoors (temperature +10 ...+ 12 ° C);
- Issued: shoes and robes, hats, gloves;
- A sanitary book worth PLN 150 is produced, paid by the employee on the day of arrival. Validity period is 3 years. Remains with you, without attachment to the place of work;
- Housing is free, payment only for communal services - 300 - 310 PLN / month. BUT
For people who are in Poland for the first time since the beginning of the war - housing is completely free + food vouchers for the purchase of food products in the "LIDL" supermarket chain in the amount of PLN 600/month, during the first 4 months, from the 5th month, utility bills of PLN 10/day will be deducted. This is on the condition that this aid will be approved by the relevant authorities and the government of the Republic of Poland will not make any changes. Accommodation in apartments and hostels for 2-4 people in a room; - Employees get to work on foot - 15-25 minutes.

If it is not convenient to go from Lviv, then we give a package of documents for crossing the border, the number of the Polish coordinator and accompany you constantly.
