How does it operate?
The first step is to take an introductory course, which typically lasts [3 months]. In this course, you will learn the fundamentals of the Dutch language, regardless of whether you are a student attempting to achieve a nursing degree or an EU resident already packed with one. Once you have completed the introduction course, we would like you to come to work with us in the Netherlands so you can get to know the residents of the nursing homes and potential coworkers.
Regarding Erasmus scholars
While you continue to improve your Dutch language skills, you will have the chance to determine whether our nursing jobs in the Netherlands fit you during your six-month internship. When it is a good fit, you will proceed to the follow-up course, a [specialised training in a specific nursing field or a more advanced language course].
Regarding licensed practical nurses
Our program is designed with you, the qualified nurse, in mind. After completing the beginner's language course, you will be invited to the Netherlands for a paid orientation. During this orientation, you will be introduced to the 'Activities of daily life' for our clients, which will help you acclimate to the protocols in Dutch healthcare over these five months.
