AtoZ Serwis Plus does not provide refunds for early service withdrawals, regardless of the circumstances.
1. The refund percentages mentioned apply to the entire service fee, not just the amount paid. These percentages only apply if the total cost of the product has been paid in full without any balance remaining. Refunds will only be given to applicants who meet the outlined criteria or have paid the full-service fee.
2. Sometimes, immigration rules are discounted based on future expectations. To ensure the cap system is followed, clients can register in advance, even before their qualifications are officially recognised. Clients agree to this process and will do it to avoid last-minute chaos. By writing early, clients can prepare for all requirements before immigration authorities announce them. If a client's profile does not meet the criteria after the announcement, they may consider other options.
3. AtoZ Serwis Plus has a zero-tolerance policy for chargebacks. Customers who dispute a valid credit card payment will be permanently banned from using our service. Any outstanding costs and fees will be sent to collections, and if necessary, unpaid debts will be reported to all relevant Credit Reporting Agencies.
4. When you receive your bill, it will include the AtoZ Serwis Plus consultation fee and the appropriate tax. If you request a refund, it will only apply to the consultation fee, not the tax, as it is non-refundable.
5. If the Immigration and Visa Authorities reject your application, AtoZ Serwis Plus will refund the amount stated in the agreement. Please submit a refund claim form and a copy of the rejection letter from the authority to AtoZ Serwis Plus. The refund will be made within 35 working days of receiving the claim form. Failure to include the rejection letter or stamp in your passport will make you ineligible for a refund. Additionally, you must provide the refund request form and a copy of your receipt for payment to AtoZ Serwis Plus. Failure to provide these documents will also make you ineligible for a refund.
6. Our company cannot be held accountable for delays caused by third-party services or external factors, such as courier services. We are sorry to tell you that clients are not entitled to claim a refund for any service charges incurred.
7. AtoZ Serwis Plus cannot provide refunds for any fees or charges paid to Assessing Bodies, Immigration Authorities, or Embassy/Consulate/High Commission in the event of a client’s immigration request being rejected or not approved by the respective authority. It is essential to understand that our fees only cover the services provided by our organisation and do not include any assessment or request fees. We request that clients take responsibility for paying any additional costs that may be applicable.
8. Before initiating any chargebacks or payment withdrawals, the applicant must immediately inform AtoZ Serwis Plus if payment has been made through an online card service. This requirement also applies to CC Avenue unless the refund policies expressly stated in the agreement and lawful procedures within the jurisdiction of Warsaw, State of Masovian Poland, are meticulously followed.
9. When paying through net banking or credit card, the applicant agrees not to dispute the charge or request a chargeback from the designated bank. The applicant also promises to refrain from asking the bank to cancel or withhold the payment made to AtoZ Serwis Plus. If the applicant experiences card loss or misuse, they must inform their bank that the cost to AtoZ Serwis Plus is valid and should be kept from being cancelled or charged back. The applicant must cooperate with AtoZ Serwis Plus in any defence or representation before any bank or authority.
10. AtoZ Serwis Plus sets their service charges based on their company standards, not the market prices, and clients agree to these charges upon registration. Any complaints about the costs being too high after registration will not be considered. This information is made clear to the client during registration so they are fully informed before agreeing to the charges.
11. As part of the immigration process, the applicant must provide proof of sufficient funds, which varies depending on the country and the category or method of application. The applicant acknowledges and meets all these requirements of the relevant authorities or immigration facilities. AtoZ Serwis Plus will not be responsible for refunding any service charges if the applicant fails to show the required funds. Refund requests for service charges will not be considered in such cases.
12. Per the client declaration agreement, any registrations made with AtoZ Serwis Plus for countries before the agreed date will be considered invalid. Therefore, clients can only claim fees or services after receiving written confirmation from AtoZ Serwis Plus.
13. A refund can only be issued if the visa is accepted for the following reasons.
14. The application fee paid to the visa authorities or any other institution is the responsibility and liability of the client. It will not be included in the service charges. AtoZ Serwis Plus will not entertain any refund claim in case of rejection.
15. AtoZ Serwis Plus can efficiently work on their documentation and prepare it for submission to the relevant assessment/immigration authority; the client must provide all necessary documents, forms, and information within 30 days. Failure to do so may result in the advisory/consulting fee offered to AtoZ Serwis Plus not being reimbursed.
16. To ensure effective communication, it is essential for the client to inform AtoZ Serwis Plus of any messages received from the visa office, either through phone calls or written correspondence, within a week of receipt. In addition, the client must notify the immigration consultancy of any phone calls or written communication with the relevant visa bureau within seven days. This includes personal visits to the visa office and any inquiries made over the phone. Failure to comply with these requirements indicates that no refunds are due for any secretarial services provided by AtoZ Serwis Plus.
17. Per the visa processing agency’s schedule and location requirements, clients must attend all interviews at their own expense. Any orders given by the agency must also be followed without fail. Failure to comply will result in forfeiting any secretarial fees paid to AtoZ Serwis Plus. The client is expected to be present for all interviews as needed.
18. If the application or petition is rejected due to payment issues, the applicant cannot dispute the withdrawal. Therefore, it’s the applicant’s responsibility to pay the fee and select a payment method.
19. It is agreed upon that submitting an immigration application is never routine, time-bound, or generic. The case officer handling the application may always call for extra documents per the process's changing norms. They may also require submitting these additional documents to the involved immigration authorities. Unfortunately, a refund request on this basis won't be accepted.
20. As a client, it’s essential to understand and accept that if you abandon your request or decide to opt-out after signing up, AtoZ Serwis Plus will not refund or transfer your fees to a friend or relative.
21. The client is responsible for providing all necessary information and documents, including English translations, in the required format as AtoZ Serwis Plus and the relevant office requested. AtoZ Serwis Plus has agreed to work with the client based on the information and documents provided. However, if the provided information is inaccurate, false, incomplete, or incorrect, the immigration authorities will not consider the application. AtoZ Serwis Plus is not responsible for any adverse outcome or rejection of the application based on inaccurate information provided by the client. In such cases, no refunds will be given for consulting fees or government fees.
22. AtoZ Serwis Plus can terminate or withdraw its services without refunding the client's service fee based on the following terms.
23. By signing this agreement, the client agrees to comply with all assessment requirements and decisions made by the relevant authorities. If the sources request, the client also commits to providing all necessary documentation, including original copies. It is important to note that AtoZ Serwis Plus cannot be held responsible for any failure on the client's part to submit the required documents. Therefore, failure to produce the necessary documentation cannot be a valid reason for a refund claim.
24. The client will pay all fees that might be owed to various government agencies, skill assessment organisations, and language testing businesses, including but not limited to the costs associated with skill assessments, residency permit petition fees, the costs associated with taking Acceptable English language or other language tests, as needed, health tests, etc. Regardless of the petition's outcome, the fees are categorically non-refundable and not negotiable by any receiving offices or immigration consultancy. Even though the immigration consultancy has no control over the final result at any point in the petition process, it is the involved organisation's sole prerogative to make a favourable appraisal or conclusion. AtoZ Serwis Plus has made no guarantees regarding the evaluation or outcome of the client's anticipated petition at any point.
25. The client will notify AtoZ Serwis Plus of any news involving a change of housing/mailing address, educational/specialised credentials, change of matrimonial status/service or company, newly born children, or any police/illegal case after submitting the petition and throughout the proceeding until the discharge of Permanent Residence Permit. The client's inability to do so will only demonstrate that no advisory fees paid to the immigration consultancy are due for a refund.
26. The client will take an acceptable English language test or another language test as necessary and pass it by scoring at least as high as the group average in each of the four assessment categories—listening, reading, writing, and speaking—as appropriate for them and by the requirements of the issuing authority/assessment body. The client fully understands and agrees that his petition cannot be submitted without the required acceptable English language or other language tests (if applicable), including for his partner or dependents who are over the age of 18, and that no reimbursement of the advisory, consulting, or secretarial services fee offered to AtoZ Serwis Plus will be owed or settled if he is unable to pass the necessary acceptable English language or another language test.
27. The client shall also ensure that they are married or in any relationship that is acceptable to be considered as dependent-spouse or that the acceptable dependent/s appears for an Acceptable English language or other language tests if applicable and provides a report with a minimum score as is appropriate based on the agreed-upon SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT with AtoZ Serwis Plus.
28. By signing/acknowledging the agreement to utilise our services, the client waives their right to withdraw AT ANY TIME during the procedure due to changes in their circumstances. Any settlement should not be considered or entertained. As a business with significant investment, we cannot handle refund claims once services have been rendered or any portion of the procedure has begun.
29. The secretarial fees paid to AtoZ Serwis Plus do not include any money owed to a government agency, a language testing company, or any other reason. Instead, they are only for the consultancy's services and obligations as duly established and decided under the SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT signed separately with the client.
30. The client will inform AtoZ Serwis Plus if they wish to utilise alternative services provided by an authorised global assignee (Embassy/Consulate/Language test conducting centres, health check conducting centres, etc.) and will also pay additional fees to AtoZ Serwis Plus for such services, as duly stipulated and decided under the SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT separately signed with the client. Any online payment will not include any fees owing to these authorised global assignees (Embassy/Consulate/Language Test Conducting Centers, Health Check Conducting Centers, etc.), and the charge will never be refunded.
31. The client demonstrates their explicit acceptance of having been informed of the typical wait times/average times applicable to their permit class, as well as the fact that these wait times/average times depend entirely on the convenience of the office/appraisal body in question. The client fully understands and acknowledges that he will never be entitled to any refund for the charge made on- or off-site due to the extended petition periods.
32. AtoZ Serwis Plus has not provided any assurance, guidance, or pledge on work or job assurance following permit approval and landing in any specific abroad destination. No compensation shall be requested for any advisory/consulting/secretarial service charges already paid to AtoZ Serwis Plus because AtoZ Serwis Plus could not provide a job guarantee abroad.
33. In a clash/dispute regarding a client's payment to AtoZ Serwis Plus for the SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT duly signed with AtoZ Serwis Plus. AtoZ Serwis Plus's liability, if it arises and is outstanding, whether monetary or otherwise, shall not exceed, and will be limited to, the charges offered to AtoZ Serwis Plus as advisor/consulting/secretarial charges as part of the legally executed SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT.
34. Certain nations have a cap system, so approving a Green Card/Permanent Residence/visa is contingent on the cap not being reached for that year. The client may have the required points as determined by the immigration authorities of the stated country, but they may still be denied the Green Card/Permanent Residence/Visas if the cap for that year has been reached. Failure to obtain a Green Card/Permanent Residence due to the cap limit cannot be used to seek a refund, and the customer is fully aware of this.
35. If your refund request fits within the approved terms and conditions of the Company and the service agreement, it will take 15-30 working days to process.
36. The stated service fee is for the full service as of the registration date and solely includes an individual's request. Any assumption of extended services to family or children is entirely at the customer's discretion, and the company will not be held liable for such beliefs.
37. The client shall faithfully reveal before AtoZ Serwis Plus all detail surrounding every existing or past case of wrongdoings, conviction, and insolvency levelled against the client and others who rely on him. If he does not reveal such information, and it is later discovered, no reimbursements of the money supplied to AtoZ Serwis Plus will be made.
38. AtoZ Serwis Plus must protect a client's confidentiality and privacy. As a result, AtoZ Serwis Plus takes reasonable precautions to safeguard personal information collected by AtoZ Serwis Plus against misuse and loss, as well as unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. AtoZ Serwis Plus may use and disclose personal information about the client (and, if appropriate, the client's family) for the primary purpose for which it was obtained, for reasonably expected secondary purposes linked to the primary purpose, and in other circumstances approved by the Privacy Act. AtoZ Serwis Plus will generally reveal the client's personal information for the following reasons:
Any costs paid to AtoZ Serwis Plus are for services specified on the AtoZ Serwis Plus website. Unless otherwise specified, all fees are in euro and Polish zloty. All prices and relevant taxes associated with our services must be paid by you using one of our recognised payment methods.
AtoZ Serwis Plus is not affiliated with any government agency, organisation, or embassy. We are a Private Limited firm with no jurisdiction to grant you any permit. We can only help, guide, and advise persons wanting to move to a specific country. All requests are subject to the final approval of the relevant government ministries in their respective countries.
Our client agreements are built on the foundations of trust, sincerity, and security, and each choice is spelt out clearly. Nothing is hidden in our terms and conditions.
The client accepts and understands that the company does not suggest or compel any service/product/etc. And that the proclamation of a specific service/product/etc. is the client's own decision and cannot be assumed to be a company judgment at any point.
AtoZ Serwis Plus markets all products and educates all clients on the options available without any external pressure to choose this service/product/etc.
The customer has carefully read the above provisions, agrees, and will continue to abide by all the terms and conditions of signing/acknowledging this agreement.
AtoZ Serwis Plus is based in Poland, having its registered office in Warsaw, Poland. The laws of the Government of Poland and the State Government of Masovian will govern this Agreement's validity, interpretation, and performance. The Warsaw courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute between the firm and any individual arising out of any issue relating to the company.
Forcible intervention. In no event shall the Company be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations hereunder that is directly or indirectly caused by forces beyond its control, including, without limitation, strikes, work stoppages, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, nuclear or natural disasters or acts of God, any outbreaks, Epidemics, or Pandemics; and interruptions, loss, or malfunctions of utilities. Given the circumstances, I agree that the company will make reasonable steps to resume service as soon as possible. So that you know, your file will be withheld/deferred until the matter is resolved. If we determine that you are ineligible to apply, no refund will be issued because the service has already been launched.
Charge Back: The client has accepted that they know that AtoZ Serwis Plus will deploy workers and use other infrastructures to provide services to the client at a high cost. Regardless of the outcome of the request, the client agrees that he will not seek a refund of the fees paid to AtoZ Serwis Plus, save to the amount specified in the agreement.
The client acknowledges and understands the deliverables of the service signed up for and, as a result, will not initiate a chargeback (applicable only to Card Payments).
