Applications for Seasonal and Self-Employed Workers Open on February 7
On Friday, February 7, 2025, applications will open for seasonal and self-employed workers, including those in the social healthcare sector, as reported by Stranieri in Italia. The quota for this group is relatively small, set at 730 permits for the year.
Agricultural and Tourism Sector Applications Begin on February 12
On February 12, 2025, applications will open for seasonal workers in the agricultural and tourism sectors, with around 110,000 permits available. These sectors are crucial for Italy’s economy, especially during peak seasons, necessitating a large influx of foreign workers.
Total Quota for 2025: 181,450 Foreign Workers
